We all have days where we just want to look like a mermaid…After all, mermaid’s are sexy, confident, and sometimes a little daring! With Spring already here and Summer quickly approaching, it’s the perfect time to give yourself a fabulous MERMAID MAKEOVER! Whether you want to make a splash with bold jewel-toned eye makeup, or keep it simple with loose, wavy beach hair, we have everything you need to create your perfect mermaid look. There are so many ideas that I can’t wait to try! I am particularly obsessed with “mermaid mani’s”… who doesn’t want scales on their nails!?
Just a few of my favorite mermaid tricks….
- For a sexy twist on your everyday eye makeup, try a touch of aqua eyeliner with a neutral or coral shadow…instant mermaid- chic!
- Next time you visit the ocean bring a spray bottle and grab some of that salt water, mix in a little coconut oil (for shine and fragrance) and voila! you’ve made your own sea-spray for hair that looks and smells like you just came from the beach.
