Southern Splendor! Put on your finest day dresses and big hats, and get ready to take a walk through the oldest of southern style. We talked to Isabelle Cossart, at Tours by Isabelle. Isabelle has been in the business for 39 years, and she gave us her top two picks. She recommends her Plantation Tours. “The Plantation tours are what the ladies REALLY enjoy!” says Cossart. This is a way to feel the breeze off of the great Mississippi River and experience the “southern splendor”.
Enjoy lunch at the Madewood Plantation Mansion. Have a taste of the south with dishes like Pecan Crusted Chicken, Gumbo, Pumpkin and Yam Lafourche and more!

Wine down! After a day of touring elegant gardens and mansions, you may want to take a few minutes to unwind with the girls at one of the most notorious wine bars in New Orleans. Bacchanal Wine is the place for us! Here you can enjoy your favorite wines or spirits with a dish of their famous mussels while listening to live music. Schedule a wine tasting with the chef, or just have a seat out on the patio and chill. Be sure to see their schedule of events and take a look at their yard map here. The lush patio atmosphere of Bacchanal Wine will leave you feeling free and easy! *For adults 21 and older
